1. Why can't I connect after reinstalling a KVM VPS?
For VPS with less than 1GB of RAM, installing a standard system template may cause the VPS to fail to boot and result in a kernel panic. This is because standard templates are usually based on complete DVD ISOs, which require higher hardware resources. We recommend using the Debian-cloud image independently created by KuXueYun, which consumes fewer resources and is more suitable for low-memory environments.
2. Why am I not receiving the verification email?
Please try using a different email address, as some email services like Outlook (Microsoft) or iCloud (Apple) may have issues. We recommend using Gmail, QQ Mail, or other email services.
3. Can I fully utilize my hardware resources?
Yes, but please be aware of the type of VPS you purchased:
- Shared VPS (including KVM and LXC virtual machines): CPU, I/O, and network resources are shared. Long periods of high load may result in limitations. Hard drive and memory resources are dedicated.
- Dedicated VPS and Dedicated Servers: All hardware resources are fully dedicated, so there is no concern about other users occupying resources.

5. Where are your servers located?
Our servers are distributed in the following locations:
- Europe: France, Germany, Finland, United Kingdom
- North America: Canada, USA
- Asia: Japan, Hong Kong, Beijing, China
Beijing hosts our own hardware and network, while other regions use servers from well-known international providers such as OVH, Hetzner, and 1Gservers.
6. How long does it take to set up my server?
- KVM/LXC Servers: Instant setup, activated automatically after purchase.
- ASN/IP Leasing Services: Manual processing is required; after verifying the information, the service will be delivered.
7. Do products in Mainland China require real-name authentication? What are the port forwarding rules?
Yes—per local laws and regulations, you must complete KYC verification before purchasing. We currently use Alipay’s facial-recognition interface.

8. How do I manage my services?
Through the user panel in the backend, you can perform the following actions:
- Restart the server
- Start/Stop the server
- Reinstall the system
- View bandwidth and hardware resource usage
9. Do coupons or promotional policies expire?
No, unless stated otherwise. All discounts are lifetime recurring, so you can confidently purchase discounted products.
10. What payment methods do you support?

13. How do I use the VNC service you provide?

15. Are email ports open?
Since we use native IP addresses with excellent unlocking capabilities, in order to maintain the purity of our IPs and the sustainability of unlocking, we block incoming and outgoing traffic on port 25 by default to prevent email abuse.
